Members Title was founded in 2005 and is a division of Members Financial Services LLC, a Credit Union Service Organization wholly owned by Park View Federal Credit Union.

Members Title serves anyone in the City of Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and Augusta County, including non-Park View Federal Credit Union members.

Members Title is licensed with First American Title Insurance Company and is a member of the American Land Title Association.
